Lead Scoring (Training 2)

Lead Scoring is a feature helping you to range your Leads from COLD to HOT based on your Clients’ activity on their Account Page and in such a way to better understand which Clients are more likely to book with you.

You can see the Score of your Leads in two places in the system:

  • on the Dashboard:
  • in the Request Form:

To make Settings for Lead Scoring you should go to Settings > Lead Scoring:

  1. Enable lead scoring;
  2. Enter the preferred points for WARM and HOT Leads;
  3. Enter the preferred score points for your Clients’ actions:

On the Dashboard of the system you can sort the Leads in accordance with the points they have (COLD / WARM / HOT):

NOTE: All points added to a Lead Score can be found in the Request Form > Log tab:

If a Client does not use their Account Page, you can add the score in the Request Form manually:

On your Client’s Account Page there is a Progress Bar depicting the completeness of the booking process:

  1. 25% is given for submitting a Quote:
  2. 40% is given for submitting Inventory:
  3. 20% is given for submitting Move Details:
  4. 15% is given for Booking a Move:

NOTE: It is not obligatory for a Client to add Inventory and Move Details to book a Move:
