Why Does It Happen?

It always happens on the 1st of each new month. On the dashboard of the system in the tab Confirmed Requests, only the requests for the current month are reflected. 

So you do not see the jobs that were booked in the previous month.

What Should I do?

On the Confirmed Requests tab there is a drop-down menu with sorting by Booked Date and Move Date:
 

To find your Confirmed Jobs for the current month simply choose the sorting by the Move Date:

NOTE: You can also find all your Confirmed Jobs if you go to the Requests Tab and make sorting by Confirmed Status and Move Date for a certain period:
