Long distance quote explanation
The following subsection of Long distance settings is “long distance“. In this place, you have the right to update the information which will appear on account page of your customers. The first one is “pending LD information” tab, where we have sample explanation of quote, two different time frames which can be chosen for pick-up and basic information which is necessary to protect your rights. The whole text needs to be reviewed and updated from your side as per your company rules and regulations.
As you update this information in settings, it will be updated on account page below Grand Total as follows:
The same procedure should be implemented in the process of update of “Not confirmed LD information”:
The last tab is “Delivery Explanation”, which describes the whole process of the delivery process and what key steps should be followed. All sensitive information in this tab should be updated as per the requirements and characteristics of the moving company, as this information will also appear on the account page of your potential customers:
