Long distance quote can be calculated in several ways, below there will be given more detailed explanation of calculations.

Assume that you are providing long distance move for 500 c.f. and you have set $1800 minimum price for 300 min c.f. and you charge $5 per c.f. Your quote can be calculated in several ways:

• The first case takes place when you don’t enable or disable the price per minimum cbf. It means that the whole price will be calculated based on the rate per c.f., so 500c.f. x $5= $2500 quote.
• Also, there can be the second scenario, when you enable minimum c.f. price, in this case, the system first will count minimum c.f. price given in the settings and only after that the rate per c.f. price will be calculated. The system will automatically add the minimum c.f. price to the c.f rate. As a result, for 500 c.f. long distance move we have $1800 (fixed cost) + (200c.f. x $5=1000) = $2800.

• Moreover, there is another feature in long distance move, which provides your customer more flexible rates. In order to implement this feature in our software you have to press on “set less price for big transits“:

When pressing the above-mentioned button, you will be able to discount your c.f. rate based on the c.f. move size. Taking into consideration current example rates, as shown above, the software will automatically discount the c.f. rate from $5 to $4.5 if the c.f move size is more than 1000 c.f. Also, you can set up more discounts for more c.f. move size:
