Why does the system give “We don’t do moves to this state” response to a customer’s quote?

Here is WHY.

The system was preset to a particular base state/main state and the accept all quote box was not checked, so this makes the system accept only moves within the base state only

To avoid “We don’t do moves to this states” Response to a customer’s quote

1) Go to settings and click on General settings, put the main state and parking zip

Then you go to settings, click on Long distance and click on Accept all quotes
