“Send Me a Message” Tab
Your Clients can write Messages directly to Salespeople of your company from their Account Page. After clicking on Send Me a Message button a Client will see a chat field.
You will see the Message in the system in 3 places which means you are not going to miss a single message from your Client:
- On the Dashboard of the system (you can answer directly from here if you like):
- In the tab Messages (you can answer directly from here if you like):
- In the Request Form:
When a Salesperson answers, a Client will see Messages from the Salespeople in Send Me a Message field as well which is convenient for straightforward communication between them:
NOTE: When there is messaging between a Client and a Salesperson they also get Notification Emails about New Messages:
