When a Long Distance Request is created, a couple of peculiarities on your Client’s Account Page can be found.
The 1st peculiarity is when a Client opens their Account Page they, first of all, pay attention to an Inventory tab with an exclamation mark.
Since a quote for Long Distance moves is calculated based on the Size of the Move, it is important for a Client to provide you with as precise Size of their Move as possible.
NOTE: A quote is not given as a range. It is calculated as a sum of money based on the settings made for the state of the move, for instance:
The 2nd peculiarity is a different quote explanation.
To make settings of Quote Explanation for each Status of a Request go to Settings > Long Distance > Quote Explanation:
Your Clients will see Quote Explanation on their Account Page as follows:
The 3rd peculiarity is that in a Long Distance Request your Clients can change their Inventory List and Move Details up to 1 day before the actual day of the move even when the status of a Request is Confirmed:
If a Client makes any changes to their Request you will see a corresponding Notification in the upper right corner of the Dashboard:
When 1 day before the actual day of the move left, no changes from your Client’s Account Page can be made:
