Confirmation Page is a statement your Clients sign to prove that they agree with your Company Cancellation and Reschedule Policy as well as your Company Policy and agree to book with you.
As soon as you have managed a Quote in Pending Status and transfer it to Not Confirmed Requests, your Clients can book a Job by themselves from their Account Page. In order to book the Job, a Client has to sign Confirmation Page.
How does a Client sign Confirmation Page?
1. After you change the Status of a Request from Pending to Not Confirmed a Client can book the move from their Account Page by clicking on PROCEED TO BOOK YOUR MOVE. Doing so they will get to the Confirmation Page:
2. After checking everything and if your Client is ready to book the move they have to scroll down the page, put checkmarks next to “I Agree with Cancellation And Reschedule Policy“ and “I Agree with Company Policies” and click on PAY DEPOSIT (in case you take Reservation fee):
NOTE: If you do not charge a reservation fee at the bottom of the Confirmation Page your Client will have to click on CONFIRM RESERVATION > put their signature. After that, the Request will automatically be transferred to Confirmed Requests:
After the Confirmation Page is signed, your Client can look it through and print if needed from their Account Page as it is shown below:
